Sa­hara Cen­tre hosts Iftar for or­phans of Emi­rates Red Cres­cent

Sa­hara Cen­tre, Shar­jah’s lead­ing re­tail, leisure and din­ing des­ti­na­tion, hosted an iftar for or­phans of the Emi­rates Red Cres­cent. The cen­tre brought them to­gether for a meal to share the bless­ings of Ra­madan, and through this gen­er­ous col­lab­o­ra­tion, around 25 or­phans were granted the gift of giv­ing and com­pas­sion dur­ing this holy month.

Mo­ham­mad Al Zarouni, Di­rec­tor of Emi­rates Red Cres­cent, said: “Sa­hara Cen­tre is one of our key part­ners and we are grate­ful for their gen­er­ous hos­pi­tal­ity dur­ing this holy month of giv­ing. The or­phans en­joyed a won­der­ful iftar in a lively at­mos­phere of games and joy that re­minded them of the kind­ness and self­less­ness in­stilled in all of us. Thanks to Sa­hara Cen­tre for their con­tin­ued sup­port and for the gifts that they gra­ciously granted to the or­phans.”

The chil­dren en­joyed a de­li­cious Iftar cour­tesy of Tike Restau­rant, a fa­mous Turk­ish food chain, and were gen­er­ously gifted Eid clothes from Mata­lan, a value fam­ily clothes re­tailer. Af­ter their meal, they were whisked to a land of en­ter­tain­ment at Ad­ven­ture­land, the lead­ing UAE in­door en­ter­tain­ment fa­cil­ity, where they shared joy and laugh­ter on the 17 rides and attractions, and over 70 video and sim­u­la­tor games that were made avail­able to them.
