HERE’S HOW TO GET YOUR TEM­PER UN­DER CON­TROL

Do you have a iery streak of anger in you? Have you yelled out, be­haved badly, or lat-out made a fool of your­self on many oc­ca­sions?

If so, it’s time you moved from this emo­tional state.

Why? It will not only make you feel out of con­trol, but it will also cause you to lose con­trol of many as­pects of your life.

Peo­ple will have trou­ble trust­ing you with sen­si­tive in­for­ma­tion, if you have a tem­per. Co-work­ers may not open up about im­por­tant prob­lems, fear­ing you’ll blame them. Fam­ily mem­bers will avoid shar­ing time with you as well.

In short, go­ing into a tirade will short cir­cuit your suc­cess in re­la­tion­ships and ca­reer op­por­tu­ni­ties.

Go­ing into at­tack mode will work, if some­one is try­ing to hurt you phys­i­cally. And, most of us would throw a wild it, if some­one at­tacked one of our loved ones.

But un­less dan­ger is com­ing down, it pays
