Barrow joins La Rochelle as Qovu cover

English rugby forward Dominic Barrow has joined La Rochelle as a medical replacement for injured Fijian Jone Qovu, the French Top 14 club has announced. Barrow joins La Rochelle from Leicester Tigers, the English Premiership club where he has been for the last three years and for whom he has played 13 games this season. The 25-year-old lock or second row, will not be eligible for La Rochelle’s European Champions Cup quarter-final against Scarlets on March 30 having turned out for Leicester in the same competition earlier in the season.
