UAE and China consider joint investments
UAE and Chinese officials explored prospects for joint investment and trade cooperation and partnerships on the sidelines of the 15th China International Small & Medium Enterprise Fair in Guangzhou, the capital of Guangdong Province, at the weekend. The talks focused on increasing co-operation in areas such as trade, investment, agriculture, technology industries, logistics, infrastructure, aviation, tourism and hospitality, and air transport and air cargo. The UAE is taking part as the first Arab partner of the fair, occupying an area of 1,000 square metres at the venue, with 78 different platforms dedicated to the country’s small and medium enterprises. A trade delegation from UAE of more than 120 participants, including 85 UAE entrepreneurs and SME owners, attended the event.
