New to Amazon Prime

Comrade Detective purports to be a genuine Romanian cop series from the 1980s, unearthed from the archives and dubbed into English. In fact, the show – which follows the exploits of troubled Bucharest police detective Gregor Anghel and his partner – is an elaborate, note-perfect spoof, boasting the vocal talents of the likes of Kim Basinger and Joseph GordonLevitt. Weird, but well worth a look. Streaming now.
