Habanos’ limited editions for 2015 come from H. Upmann and Ramon Allones
Habanos S.A. has launched two Ediciones Limitadas for 2015 – the H. Upmann Magnum 56 and the Ramon Allones Club Allones. Both cigars will be reaching select outlets around the world in the coming weeks.
The H. Upmann comes with a ring gauge of 56 and a length of 150 millimetres. It’s the first launch of a Linea Magnum since 2008. The Linea is characterised by its blends of elegant and shaded characters and light-to-medium-bodied flavour. The H. Upmann 56 features the biggest ring gauge on any cigar the brand has produced, and is presented in a classic slide lid box of 25 units.
The Club Allones, meanwhile, comes with a 47 ring gauge and a length of 135 millimetres. It’s a unique vitola for Ramon Allones, and is characterised by an intense and complex flavour. Habanos says that the cigar offers smokers an opportunity to enjoy full flavours and take in unique characteristics. The cigar will come in boxes of 10 units.
The Ediciones Limitadas are welcomed by Habanos lovers every year, and come in vitolas not usually available under the brands they’re a part of. They are distinguished by a careful selection of leaves, which have all been aged for a period of at least two years. The dark wrappers dressing these Habanos come from the highest levels on the shade-grown black tobacco plant.
