Klein­di­enst Group’s Float­ing sea­horse vil­las pro­vide supreme com­fort Four Kilo­me­tres OFF the coast of dubai

Dubai is the place where you can ex­pect the un­ex­pected—in­door ski slopes, the world’s largest mall, the world;s tallest struc­ture and a man-made is­land in the shape of a palm tree. in­deed, there isn’t much that can’t be cre­ated in Dubai. Now, de­vel­op­ers have con­structed a set of float­ing vil­las ac­ces­si­ble by boat. the prop­er­ties were ini­tially in­tro­duced by es­tate de­vel­oper Klein­di­enst Group at the Dubai in­ter­na­tional boat show in March 2015.

the first of its kind, the ‘Float­ing sea­horse’ is an ex­clu­sive marine style re­treat sit­u­ated around four kilo­me­tres off the coast of Dubai. the con­struc­tion of the 131 vil­las will be part of the prop­erty de­vel­oper’s work on the ‘heart of europe’, a cen­tral sec­tion of the World is­lands that in­cludes euro­pean is­land names like Ger­many, switzer­land, and st. peters­burg.

the vil­las, which cost aed 12 mil­lion each, will have three lev­els. the first level will be un­der­wa­ter, the next will be at sea level and there will be an up­per level deck as well. the mas­ter bed­room and the bath­room, on the un­der­ground level, will be sub­merged un­der wa­ter and will boast breath­tak­ing views of both the coral reef and sea life of the ara­bian Gulf. the mid­dle level fea­tures a sun­deck that is an ex­ten­sion of the liv­ing room, as well as a plunge pool. Fi­nally, the up­per level deck will have a mini bar and a glass-bot­tom Jacuzzi in which peo­ple can take in the views of Dubai’s mag­nif­i­cent sky­line.
