JUST OVER A YEAR since con­struc­tion be­gan on Palma Hold­ing’s new three­build­ing de­vel­op­ment on Dubai’s The Palm Jumeirah, the con­struc­tion of the Serenia Res­i­dences is well ahead of sched­ule and a spec­tac­u­lar show apart­ment is now open.

Sit­u­ated on the cres­cent be­tween the lux­u­ri­ous Anan­tara and Wal­dorf As­to­ria, the project will de­liver 250 units across three wings that are be­ing de­vel­oped in one phase. The AED 1.5 bil­lion project en­com­passes apart­ments that range from one to four bed­rooms as well as fea­tur­ing three ex­clu­sive pres­i­den­tial pent­houses which will oc­cupy the en­tire top floor. Each prop­erty of­fers stun­ning views of the Gulf and the as­ton­ish­ing Dubai sky­line, in­clud­ing the Burj Al Arab, Mad­i­nat Jumeirah and Burj Khal­ifa.

The Serenia is on track for com­ple­tion by the end of the year, with con­trac­tor Khansa­heb well ahead of sched­ule. Over 60 per cent of the units have al­ready been sold since the project was launched in May 2015.
