01. Toro tartare with caviar at 99 Sushi

The high-end Ja­panese out­let is serv­ing Toro tartare sushi with 30 grams of royal white stur­geon caviar. The dish uses a piece of tuna called Otoro from an 180kg fish. Otoro is the fat­ti­est part of the fish and melts in your mouth.

02. Coya’s Josper lob­ster

It’s best known for its tacos, ce­viches and seafood, but there’s a Josper whole grilled lob­ster on the menu at pan-Latino res­tau­rant Coya, for those of you with deep pock­ets. They’re no or­di­nary crus­taceans, though: th­ese are cooked in Coya’s char­coal oven to give it a smoky flavour. The dish is topped with lob­ster chimichurri salsa and served on char­coal grills.

03. Hakkasan’s Pek­ing duck

The What’s On Award­win­ning out­let’s sig­na­ture duck with 30g of Bel­uga caviar isn’t cheap – but that’s be­cause it’s the most ex­pen­sive caviar in the world.

04. Choco­late pud­ding at Bord Eau

A clas­sic Abu Dhabi dessert, this choco­late sphere is made from blended choco­late from Val­rhona, one of the lead­ing French pre­mium choco­late man­u­fac­tur­ers. Come here if you’re look­ing for a pud­ding with a bang – the chef pours a hot choco­late sauce on top to melt the sphere right in front of you.
