Fantastic Mr Fox arrives in the city

A stage version of Roald Dahl’s classic celebrates the author’s 100th birthday

Roald Dahl’s classic tale of feuding farmers and foxes maks its debut at the National Theatre this month.

Art For All is bringing the stage show of Fantastic Mr Fox to the capital in honour of the author’s 100th birthday.

Guests can watch Mr Fox outwit three hapless farmers – Boggis, Bunce and Bean – after they destroy his burrow (and his tail) by tunnelling ever deeper into the ground.

The two-hour adaptation will feature music by former Doctor Who star Arthur Darvill and is suitable for children aged five and up. March 23
