GREG MALOUF OPENS NEW RESTAURANT

The H Hotel is adding to its already impressive list of restaurants (Play and Okku, anyone?) with the arrival of Zahira, the latest project from celebrity chef Greg Malouf. The Australian-Lebanese maestro promises a stylish, modern take on traditional Middle Eastern dishes, with an impressive menu that includes dishes such as salmon kibbeh, duck bisteeya and wagyu basterma.
