Suzanne Vega

The legendary US singer-songwriter is in town for a one-off show at Dubai Opera. Vega is regarded as one of the best songwriters of her generation and she'll performing some of her greatest hits, including Luka, Marlene On The Wall, Solitude Standing and the instantly hummable Tom’s Diner. She emerged as a leading figure in the folk-music revival of the early 1980s and since the release of her debut album in 1985, has sold more than seven million albums worldwide and been nominated for seven Grammy awards, including Record of the Year and Best Female Pop Vocal Performance.
