The Vision from Zone3 is alreadyone of the best entry-level suits money can buy, but they’ve now produced a women’s-specific upgrade in collaboration with the double world champion swimmer, Keri-anne Payne. “Having worn plenty of wetsuits in my time, being able to design my own woman’s wetsuit that is both stylish and functional is a dream come true,” said Payne at the launch. The wetsuit shares the same technology as Zone3’s existing Vision – with 5mm buoyancy on the legs and 2mm stretch neoprene across the arms and shoulders – but is specificallydesigned for female swimmers. It has a body-shaping design and the graphics reflect the technical cues of her ‘Straight Line Swimming’ methodology, with a ‘K’ on the shoulder to remind you to keep your head low and close to the arm/shoulder when breathing. There’s also a blue graphic on the back that can be used by coaches to spot if the body is holding a straight line in the water or if it’s snaking.
