A se­ri­ous triath­lete since blow­ing his stu­dent loan on a bike, sub-2hr Olympic ath­lete Jack moved to Iron­man last year in Lanza. De­cem­ber goals To im­prove my bike­han­dling skills, do­ing a cou­ple of cy­clocross races.
