Use this ses­sion to prac­tise build­ing pace when run­ning off the bike out of tran­si­tion. Start with a 5min bike to get your legs mov­ing and then straight into a 1.5km run where you in­crease the pace slightly each 500m to fi­nally be at your de­sired race pace. Re­peat to make sure it wasn’t a fluke!
