Boost your protein intake! Recipe: 6 tbsps porridge oats, 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt, 4 tbsps almond milk, 2 eggs, pinch of salt, ½ tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp baking powder. Whisk together and then fold in one egg white. Cook over a medium heat and serve with almond butter, fruit, yoghurt and maple syrup.
