220 Triathlon

We’ve all been there. Arriving at our first triathlon, wondering how to navigate transition, whether the water will be cold and if we’ll have the energy to actually run the run... Triathlon may be experiencing a difficult year, but we hope racing will return soon and, when it does, we want to make sure we do all we can to encourage newbies to experience this wonderful sport, even if swims will be staggered and racking socially-distanced! For that reason we’ve partnered with dhb to include a free beginner’s guide this issue, plus on p90 you’ll find our (tried and tested!) countdown of the best races to enter as your first one. My advice? Choose an event with a friendly course, great scenery and a decent bit of bling (or a t-shirt) to show everyone as proof of your achievement!
