Although hav­ing uvs is not a re­quire­ment for this tu­to­rial, it def­i­nitely helps to im­prove the look of your model – es­pe­cially when us­ing sur­face noise and while adding the dif­fer­ent tex­tures in Keyshot. You won’t have to tweak the pa­ram­e­ters of the bump and the spec­u­lar as much. if this is the case and you have the uvs, go to the Tex­ture Map node and view the Map­ping Type. For mod­els, the With­out uvs box usu­ally works fine but in case your mesh has them, change it to uv.
