Wood brings out the best in Barnesy

Accrington Observer - - MOTORS -

positives in the team as a whole. The heat is on now, and we can all feel it.

We know that Leicester are going to push us extremely hard when we face them at home in a week’s time, but we have every hope that things can go our way.

It’s made more difficult by the fact that Leicester have what looks like to be an easy run, playing Newcastle this coming Saturday.

You could argue though that teams threatened with relegation are going to fight tooth and nail to stay up and therefore cause Leicester problems (for that we pray anyway).

We look towards Watford away this weekend, and as our away record goes this weekend, we could be in control of this match, putting us in a very good position.

It does, however, boil down to how the teams around us are performing.

So all we can do is that which we know best and is to take each match as they come and ignore what’s going on around us in table.

Easier said than done given that Europa League is within touching distance, but let the chips fall where they may and let Burnley continue to play fantastic football.
