I just wanted to write and rave about the ex­cel­lent cus­tomer ser­vice re­ceived from Hawke Op­tics. I went out shoot­ing on Wed­nes­day morn­ing and came back mi­nus a Hawke Sap­phire ob­jec­tive lens cap, so I emailed Hawke to see if they could sell me a re­place­ment. Within four min­utes I had a re­ply ask­ing for my postal ad­dress so they could send a set of spares to me free. I duly sup­plied the re­quired in­for­ma­tion and re­turned home from work yes­ter­day evening to find the lens caps wait­ing for me. You can­not ask for any­thing more. Kate, at Hawke, was re­ally help­ful and I would highly rec­om­mend Hawke not only for their prod­ucts, but also their fol­low up ser­vice. Su­perb! Guy

Hello Guy You’re not the first per­son who has told me about how well Hawke treats its cus­tomers. It makes good sense to me. If you treat peo­ple well they’ll buy from you again. I know a few of the peo­ple there and I can tell you, they’re a good lot. Ed.
