I just wanted to write and rave about the excellent customer service received from Hawke Optics. I went out shooting on Wednesday morning and came back minus a Hawke Sapphire objective lens cap, so I emailed Hawke to see if they could sell me a replacement. Within four minutes I had a reply asking for my postal address so they could send a set of spares to me free. I duly supplied the required information and returned home from work yesterday evening to find the lens caps waiting for me. You cannot ask for anything more. Kate, at Hawke, was really helpful and I would highly recommend Hawke not only for their products, but also their follow up service. Superb! Guy
Hello Guy You’re not the first person who has told me about how well Hawke treats its customers. It makes good sense to me. If you treat people well they’ll buy from you again. I know a few of the people there and I can tell you, they’re a good lot. Ed.
