Airgun World - - Points Of You -

Just a quick message to say thanks for publishing our club profile. It’s too early to tell if we will find many members prepared to give some competitions a go, but I’ll keep my fingers crossed. For my part, after 40 years of airgun shooting, I gave my first competition a go last week. I reached the dizzy height of third in the B-grade shooters’ HFT. It was good fun and I definitely learned from the experience, particularly where my shooting is weakest.

By the way, I enjoy AGW. I bought my first copy in about 1982/3 I think and I feel it has improved recently. I was also fortunate to win a Rapid MK2 in about 2000, courtesy of one of your ‘spot the difference’ competitions. I still have it and it hasn’t missed a beat in 18 years. If it was .177 I’d be using it for HFT! DAVE ALWAYS Like Dave, our own Pete Evans is a fan of the Rapid.
