QUITE A SPECTACLE

Airgun World - - Contents -

Fred - I can’t say I’ve experienced the effect you’re currently suffering, but if any of our readers know what you’re dealing with, and how to fix it, I’m sure they’ll let me know and I’ll email you immediately, OK? - Ed

Can any of our spectacle-wearing readers help Fred?

I’ve enjoyed your articles in Airgun World for three decades, In fact, your test on a Theoben .20 in the 1990s, using Crosman pellets prompted me to buy one. What a lovely, accurate rifle!

Age catches up with all of us and as I am in my eighth decade I have to use glasses. My problem is when looking through my scope; although the image is clear, the objective lens appears to be oval and the reticle distorted and leaning over. As you wear glasses, I

wondered if you or any of your readers have this problem, and if so, how did you overcome it?

Many thanks for years of enjoyment.

FRED KIRKHAM
