“After months of being unable to make the most of the night sky during the summer months, the dark skies are slowly creeping in. This gave me the chance to capture star cluster NGC 7789, which is found among the rich star field of the Milky Way, toward the constellation Cassiopeia, and rests roughly 8,000-light-years away. The brighter, more massive stars were likely born at the same time and evolved from main stars like the Sun into the many red giant stars, shown here sporting a yellowish cast.”
