Controlled release

THESE are great for boosting seasonal container displays while reducing work load. Some types slowly break down over time while others absorb water until they swell and burst releasing their goodness. As well as granular types there are tablets or ‘cluster’ types such as Gro-Sure All Purpose 6 Month Feed Tablets – these are easy to push down into the compost of existing pots; use a pencil first to make a small hole.
