Not so grey Britain

Amateur Gardening - - Your Letters -

HAVING READ the recent letter by a reader who is surrounded by concrete (AG, 14 October), I thought I’d share a photo of my front garden. When I moved in the front was grey slate intended as a ‘parking area’. It is now a haven for bees and butterflies (and my neighbours love it too), thanks in the main to my free seeds and advice from AG.

Keep up the good work.

David Leese, Stoke-on-Trent
