Old Dominick Memphis Toddy
OLD DOMINICK DISTILLERY
Peggy
Nose: Orange and apple mulling spices. Evergreen and herbal basil and oregano. Blackberry jam on toast. Licorice galore only to be outdone by the nutmeg.
Palate: Flavors are fresh and inviting; surprising with the spice notes that they don't overpower. Vivid combination of fruit and spice.
Finish: A burst of ripe fruit and allspice
Comments: I would drink this anytime I am looking for a really different mix of flavors.

Nose: Oranges, cardamom and cloves, along with some caramel and vanilla. Very sugary, as would be expected from a liqueur.
Palate: Citrus, orange joined by lemon, and spice continues, but it manages not to be cloyingly sweet.
Finish: Long, thanks to the presence of sugars. Again, it escapes being too sweet. The citrus and spice play roles, too.
Comments: Add an ounce of this to an ounce of Bourbon in your favorite mug and top with boiling water. 7.6
