Evolves gracefully and entices the palate
Peggy
Nose: Caramel and orange citrus notes. Aromatic spice, from ginger to peppercorn. Currants and sweet fig with brown sugar sprinkled. Macaroon and oak.
Palate: Warm with crushed pecan. Sugared dates and leather glide with apple and peach. Marshmallow fades.
Finish: Voluptuous mouthfeel and finish that aims just at the right spice notes to tingle and enjoy.
Comments: Admirably balanced and a real attention getter.

Nose: Rich caramel backed by banana, peaches and baking spices. You’ll want to take some time with this nose, which is forgivingly soft.
Palate: The caramel continues. The fruit has darkened somewhat, perhaps dried, rather than fresh. Spices are a mix of nutmeg, allspice and white pepper.
Finish: Lots of staying power. Tannins and pepper don't go bitter.
Comments: A few drops of water allow all the elements to beautifully balance one another. 9.0
