Get to grips with dumb­bells

I of­ten band and hair-rig pel­lets, but can’t find a way of at­tach­ing boilies to the same rig with­out hav­ing to dis­man­tle the end tackle. Any ideas?

Dave Coster saysÉ The clos­est thing to a boilie is a dumb­bell. They are slightly elon­gated, as op­posed to be­ing round, oth­er­wise they are sim­i­lar in firm­ness and ro­bust­ness.

Th­ese baits are flavoured and highly coloured, and be­cause they are elon­gated, they are easy to in­stall in a bait band, made even eas­ier with a pel­let ban­der tool.
