IS FISHMEAL groundbait worth using on rivers for bream?

Charlie Fuller, Staines

ONLY if the bream are familiar with seeing the stuff, so if your river has a lot of carp anglers piling in the boilies and pellets then by all means add some fishmeal to your normal mix – around 25 per cent fishmeal to 75 per cent sweet groundbait will be ideal.

However, there’s no harm in giving the stuff a try for one or two sessions, just to see.
