HREE on-site pools and four luxury lodges at Blackthorn Gate have been drawing in anglers and holidaymakers from all over the country for years.

Set in a glorious location on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, simply just being at the farm is breathtaking but it’s when you book a holiday here that the fun really starts! Each lodge – Curlew, Lapwing, Skylark, and Chaffinch – is tailor made with relaxation in mind.

All have a living room/dining room, kitchen and two bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is a drying room in each lodge just in case you get a little wet on your adventures, and a veranda so you can sit out and enjoy the sunshine!

You’ll find a sauna in each lodge so you can relax, unwind and soak in the scenery after a hard day’s fishing. And there’s plenty of fun to be had on each lake, with carp to 9lb, bream, tench, roach, crucians and chub all present to ensure the float keeps going under all day long.
