Ten more anglers booked their final place in this last qualifier of the year. Wigan’s Barry Hollingsworth won off peg 105 with 67-440 of carp to 15lb fishing the pellet waggler. Second went to Anthony Brooker. with 61-030 off peg 7. Here he caught on the pellet waggler and bomb and pellet.

Wolves AA nicked the win from Shakespeare Bait-Tech by five points to close the gap at the top to nine points. Individually, Sensas Black Country man Steve Dudley included a 10lb carp in his roach and skimmer net of 21-15-0 taken from peg D3 on long pole and caster. Neil Turner, second, used chopped worm and caster on peg A6 for 17-4-14 of chub.

TOM Noton is having a good season on the river and the young gun won this latest qualifier to book his final place on the Wye.
He weighed in 15-6-0 of roach, perch, hybrids and skimmers off peg 7 at Laughterton. Tom caught on win at Hallcroft. Daz Oldham, on peg 6, found his 180-6-0 of carp to 12lb on pellet and corn fished on the deck at 14m. Steve Clark came second at peg 68. He used bomb and pellet and then worm and dead maggot in the edge for 125-7-0 of carp and skimmers.

John Coote won with 41-12-0 of fish to 4lb at Langley peg 146. Here he worked with groundbait feeder, worm and maggot. The same Winner Graham Dack (with cheque) surrounded by others in the frame.
