Andrew Farley and Alec Roberts joined in with 346-0-0 and 309-8-0, respectively. Andrew also cracked the triple ton at Puddledock Farm midweek with 303-8-0 from the Snake Lake.
Heronbrook Fisheries can always be relied on for top sport, and Frankie Gianoncelli enjoyed two action-packed days at the Slindon complex, winning the Sunday open with 222-3-0 off the Bridge Pool just 24 hours after taking second in the Maver Match This qualifier with 151-7-0.
Adam Richards won the day and took the final spot with 198-13-0 from the Meadow Pool.
Records tumbled at Janson’s Fishery near Nottingham as Colin Spencer crashed out 278-2-0 of carp on paste to set a new lake record for the Munroes Pool – while at Yorkshire’s Oaks Fishery, paste expert Phil Sellars notched up two more wins with 311-6-0 in midweek and 233-6-0 on Sunday from the Ash Lake using his favourite bait.
Also notching up double tons around the country were Les Marshall, with 242-12-0 from Hallcroft Fishery’s Reed Pool
