Snaggy swims and PVA sticks

Angling Times (UK) - - TIPS & TACTICS -

THE feeder is brilliant in open water, but if you get snagged up then ditch the feeder and use a PVA stick in combination with a safe lead system.

This is far more snag-resistant, but the PVA stick still gives plenty of attraction. Thread the stick on to a short tag of line at the top of the hooklength so it releases its contents more slowly.
