Angling Times (UK) - - TIPS & TACTICS -

FIND a productive area within a swim at this time of year and the chances are that it will produce again at the same time next year.

It takes little effort to jot down the basic details – distance from bank, far-bank markers, distinguishing features and so on – yet most anglers don’t bother and begin again with the marker float when they next turn up to the water.

Turning up to a venue armed with knowledge of such spots means you can get fishing more quickly, and will do so more efficiently.
