LOUGH Muc­kno has now firmly es­tab­lished it­self as one of Ire­land’s pre­mier match wa­ters, and this two-day bash saw some solid weights of hy­brids recorded.

Dren­nan NW’s Lee Addy made it two wins in as many years with a 28.175kg ag­gre­gate over the week­end to be crowned cham­pion.

Lee be­gan with 14.275 of

hy­brids on ground­bait feeder and mag­got tac­tics, back­ing that up with 13-900 of hy­brids on the same ap­proach 24 hours later.

That to­tal put him a cou­ple of ki­los clear of the chas­ing pack.

Re­sult: 1 L Addy, Dren­nan NW, 28-175; 2 Ro­man­tus, 26-060; 3 G Lam­bert, Swin­ton, 24-450; 4 M Buch­walder, Pre­ston In­no­va­tions, 23-575; 5 L Koot, Nether­lands, 22-025.
