THE METHOD WORKS
METHOD, banjo and hybrid feeders work along similar lines, and simple tips can make them far more effective. Always think about how far you are casting and how deep the swim is. The deeper the swim or the longer the cast, the harder you should push the bait on to the feeder.
Usually the impact of the feeder hitting the water knocks the hookbait off the top of the pile of pellets or groundbait, so that the hook comes to rest next to the feeder. This exposes the hookbait, and bites can be almost instant.
