Cresta rockets are a brilliant pattern when you want a quick release of bait from the feeder.
This year they are pretty much the only ones I used on my favourite bream water, Ferry Meadows. I really like the way they cast.
That said, I find the Crestas are best at up to around 65m. For anything over that distance I switch to Matrix feeers as the long, tapered lead at the base really gets you more distance.
I carry them mainly in the medium size in weights from 30g to 50g.
