Fin­ish­ing as the only man to post two sec­tion wins, Chris Kelly was crowned cham­pion ahead of Robert Hub­bard, who was the best of a string of an­glers on three points. Chris won day one with 31-12-0 of roach on long pole with mag­got and caster from peg 5 at St Benet’s Abbey on the Bure.Nick Larkin was sec­ond on 29-7-0. Day two was won by Chris’s team­mate Mark Pol­lard with 36-13-0 of roach and skim­mers off peg 4 at Pot­ter Heigham on the Thurne. He used pole, worm and mag­got. Steve Kind­ley­sides had 30-12-0 for sec­ond.
