HOOKLENGTH

Slip the loop at the top of your 4ins hooklength over the metal loop at the bottom of the Speed Stem.

TOP IT WITH PELLETS

Pellets are the most reliable feed. I use 2mm, carefully soaked so that they stick to the feeder on the cast.

GO FOR A WAFTER

My favourite hookbait is a wafter attached to hair-rig and size 14 QM1 hook. Colour is determined by water clarity.

ATTACHING IT

Tie a 4ins loop in the end of your main line and slip it over the metal loop at the top of the X-Safe Speed Stem. Protect with nose cone.

USE THE RIGHT WEIGHT

Guru Mini Method feeders come in two weights – 20g and 30g. Choose according to distance and bottom contours of the lake.
