Noise, theft and drugs
POLICE were called to a flat in Burns Brae, Lochgilphead, on Saturday night, July 22, after a complaint of excessive noise coming from the premises. The flat occupier, a man aged 20, was later charged with playing music at an excessive noise level, allowing his flat to be used for consuming drugs and bypassing his electricity meter. A report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
At the same incident, a 16-year-old girl and a boy, aged 17, were charged with being in possession of cannabis. Both will be issued with formal warnings.
