A NEW project will give young people in Inveraray a place to go, have fun and learn new skills.

A drive is on to raise funds for the Inveraray Youth Project, and what better way to bring in cash than by using the skills already there among the district’s youth?

An impressive lineup of musical talent will entertain at a special concert next week.

The Inveraray Inn will be the venue for this evening of fantastic and varied music.

Mid Argyll Pipe Band contains talented young players and is well worth hearing.

Also on the bill are the multi-talented Tiegan Holroyd, Eve Maxwell and Holly Renton.

A licensed bar will be available and everyone is welcome to come along and enjoy what is sure to be a highly entertaining and eclectic mix of music and instrumentalists.

The concert begins at 7.30pm on Thursday August 3, with tickets priced at £5.

The aim is to set up the Inveraray Youth Project by the autumn, providing a place for youngsters to meet weekly in a social setting, develop and learn new skills while having fun.

Mid Argyll Pipe Band will be just one of the attractions in a multi-talented line-up.
