BETWEEN 6pm on Monday October 30 and 8am on Tuesday October 31, the toilets at Pier Square, Ardrishaig, were damaged by having taps, urinals and electric sockets damaged. Police are appealing for anyone with any information to contact them on 101 or anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
AT AROUND 1.30am on Sunday November 5 in Manse Brae, Lochgilphead, a car was seen by police being driven without lights. The car was then driven at speed in a dangerous manner but came to a halt in Whitegates
Road, Lochgilphead. A 24-year-old woman who was driving was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and dangerous driving. She was charged and a report will be submitted to the fiscal.
IN MANSE Brae, Lochgilphead, at around 5.55pm on Saturday November 4, a boy aged 13 was found in possession of a quantity of fireworks. The fireworks were seized.
ON SATURDAY November 4 at around 6.35pm, a man aged 20 was seen to have set off a firework in the grounds of the old primary school in Lochgilphead. The man was charged and a report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
TWO occupants of a car which crashed on the A83 at around 7pm on Saturday November 4 suffered minor injuries. The driver, a 31-year-old man, was issued with a £100 fixed penalty.
IN CAMPBELL Street, Lochgilphead, at 4am on Sunday November 5, a car was stopped for a routine check. The 21-year-old driving was arrested for being under the influence of alcohol. He was later charged.
