These great value spikes deliver high-level performance thanks to their aggressive three-quarter length spike plate that helps drive the foot forward. This is usually a feature of more expensive shoes. The upper’s styling is simple and uses a lightweight mesh construction with bonded overlays for support – all of which keeps

weight to a minimum.

These middle-distance spikes are also a great all-round option for multi-discipline athletes. The small heel wedge cushioning provides added comfort for middle distance runners but could also work for hurdlers, for example, wanting a versatile shoe. The upper uses reinforcing fibers bonded to the fabric to add strength and stability without weight.

comfortable fit.
