WHENEVER you get a product that works well, it’s not long before a rival tries to emulate it. Halfords’ tyre dressing is a dead ringer for our winner, right down to the scent. No surprise then that the results were extremely close. Only at two stages during the test was the Halfords shine a bit grubbier than Tyre Slik.
