THROUGH THE RANGE
Our guide to which trim level might suit you
THE Ford Ranger is also available with a 2.2-litre diesel, but to get into an automatic model with the 3.2 five-cylinder unit we’ve tested you’re limited to a double-cab truck in Limited or Wildtrak form. The Limited version is well specced, featuring an eightinch screen with SYNC3, dual-zone airconditioning and heated leather seats.
Ford’s contract hire starts with a set number of rental payments instead of a fixed initial rental. Our 10,000-mile, threeyear example for a Limited will begin with a payment of £2,981 and cost £271 per month.
Wildtrak models get 18-inch alloys, a rear-view camera and a trendier exterior look with a different grille and roll bar. You’ll pay an initial rental of £2,897, then £290 a month. The Limited model still gets plenty of kit as standard, so it’s the one to go for.
