Time cyclists took some responsibility

FROM: Anthony Oakley WHILE I am all in favour of making our roads safer for cyclists (Issue 1,517), it’s time the DFT made it mandatory for cyclists to wear helmets and high-vis clothing. Bikes should also have some form of audible warning device, as well as high-intensity lights front and rear.
