New CR-V to start at less than £26k

HONDA has confirmed starting prices for its new CR-V SUV (below), due on sale in the UK next month.

The basic front-wheel-drive manual 1.5-litre I-VTEC model in S trim is priced at £25,995, with SE, SR and EX specs also available.

All-wheel-drive versions start at £28,955, with seven-seater CR-VS from £30,655. CVT autos cost from £31,265, but there is no diesel.
