Fer­rari SP12 EC

Eric Clap­ton’s £3 mil­lion one-off is based on the 458 Italia and pays trib­ute to his favourite Fer­rari, the 512 BB. He de­layed reg­is­ter­ing the car un­til 2012 so the num­ber­plate could in­clude its name.

Fer­rari P540 Su­per­fast Aperta

The 599-based Su­per­fast Aperta was hard to miss back in 2009 with its gold paint, in­spired by the Fer­rari in 1968 film Toby Dam­mit. Ed­ward Wal­son, son of ca­ble TV in­ven­tor John Wal­son, owned it.

Fer­rari 458 MM Spe­ciale

One of the Fer­rari be­spoke di­vi­sion’s most re­cent one-offs was cre­ated to sat­isfy the British owner’s de­sire for even sportier lines and a visor-ef­fect cock­pit, pay­ing trib­ute to the 1984 288 GTO.
