When Mr and Mrs McFarlane decided to replace windows and a door at their home in Coylton, they knew to go back to Tom Callaghan Windows and Conservatories Ltd.
Mr McFarlane said: “We had a door put in last year and were so pleased with it that we went back for a quote for another door and four windows.
“Our windows had never been replaced and the property is over 20 years old so the windows were badly needing done.
“The quote was good again so we decided to go ahead.”
The McFarlanes dealt with Ian McPherson and were delighted with the sales service they received, saying: “Ian was very nice and the sales service was perfect.
“We had also dealt with Ian a year ago when we had the first door fitted so it was good to have him back.” The job was fitted by Phil and Declan and the McFarlanes are very pleased with a job well done.
Mr McFarlane said: “They did a perfect job and cleaned up well.
“We’re very pleased with the finished product.”
