Support group to hold its first meeting
A newly formed mental health support group will hold its first ever meeting on Tuesday, October 3.
Ayrshire Bipolar Group will hold a meeting on the first Tuesday of every month in Ayr Action for Mental Health in Strathyre House, Ayr. The meetings will take place between 7pm and 9pm.
The aim of the group is to support people in Ayrshire living with Bipolar Disorder to help improve their quality of life and meet other people living with the condition.
The new group will be a friendly, relaxed environment where friends and relatives are also welcome.
There will be regular guest speakers present at the meetings, covering a variety of topics concerning those attending. You do not need to be a member of Bipolar Scotland to go to the meetings.
