Sup­port group to hold its first meet­ing

A newly formed men­tal health sup­port group will hold its first ever meet­ing on Tues­day, Oc­to­ber 3.

Ayr­shire Bipo­lar Group will hold a meet­ing on the first Tues­day of every month in Ayr Ac­tion for Men­tal Health in Strathyre House, Ayr. The meet­ings will take place be­tween 7pm and 9pm.

The aim of the group is to sup­port peo­ple in Ayr­shire liv­ing with Bipo­lar Dis­or­der to help im­prove their qual­ity of life and meet other peo­ple liv­ing with the con­di­tion.

The new group will be a friendly, re­laxed en­vi­ron­ment where friends and rel­a­tives are also wel­come.

There will be reg­u­lar guest speak­ers present at the meet­ings, cov­er­ing a va­ri­ety of top­ics con­cern­ing those at­tend­ing. You do not need to be a mem­ber of Bipo­lar Scot­land to go to the meet­ings.
